Individual hospitals will have immediate access to their results via the database and be able to compare these with a national average against each of the key NSF and NICE requirements. Results will be published in annual national reports and will include list of participating and non-participating hospitals as well as findings relating to the quality of care and patient outcomes. Progress will also be fed back to stakeholders on a quarterly basis. The first newsletter is due at the end of November 2007. A list of participating and non-participating trusts will be sent to the Healthcare Commission on an annual basis.
