The Slingbox PRO-HD is equipped with a terrestrial ATSC/QAM/NTSC digital TV tuner. Without any external equipment, the Slingbox PRO-HD is capable of receiving unencrypted high-definition digital signals through a rooftop antenna or cable, as well as analog cable channels. The US digital TV transition will not affect the Slingbox PRO-HD’s ability to receive television signals. If you are concerned that your cable provider is not offering Clear QAM signals, contact your cable provider to see how the transition may affect you.
