The University of Missouri and Cerner have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in which both parties agree to complete a series of related definitive agreements to fund and govern the Tiger Institute. The institute itself will be a wholly owned entity of the University of Missouri. As soon as an official contract is signed, more detail will be available.
