How will the addition of a school affect attendance in religious education programs?
Because some children presently in religious education would attend our elementary school, we would expect a decline in the number of children attending our religious education programs. However, a large majority (greater than 75%) of our children will still attend religious education programs. With the expansion of our facilities, we intend to return our Religious Education program to a “completely on-site” instruction program. This will relieve volunteer families and the parish of the many challenges of managing a dual format of both on site and in-home instruction.
