How will the academic restructuring process be managed?
The constituent departments of each proposed College have already established Shadow Boards that will develop into the College Management Boards on August 1st 2006. The Heads of Shadow Boards have been working with members of the Executive for several months to ensure that the restructuring proceeds as planned and that the intended benefits are realised.
