Highmark Medicare Services will set up existing Stratus direct connect FTP users to the new server. Customers using a connectivity vendor will need to contact their connectivity vendor to find out the status of the vendor’s connectivity to the new servers. Current 4010A1 FTP customers will need to use Secure File Transfer protocol (SFTP) to connect for 5010. More information will be sent on migration to 5010 SFTP in the near future.
