How will teachers be trained first two days they come back if the district pulls them out for training on other district issues (like science/math)?
It s true that many programs requiring training will occur before the next school year: Math and Science, TIP, Mac migration to Windows, Infinite Campus, and more. The teacher coaches will be trained to use Infinite Campus sometime in July. If the school only elects to use the attendance portion, this can be a 30 minute presentation during the staff meetings before students start. If the school elects to use other components offered by Campus then the principal, coaches, and staff will determine the best way to offer the training needed. Training for middle and high schools to enter grades will occur toward the end of the first grading period.
