A. The Professional Board will be organized into two subcommittees. One of these will be a Professional Practices Subcommittee composed of a majority of practicing teachers. That subcommittee will have responsibility for teacher related issues. Subcommittee recommendations in professional development certificate maintenance cases are not subject to the approval of the full Board, but are reviewable by the Commissioner.
