a. On the main instruction page of the online survey, below the “Exit Survey” button is a section titled “Supervisors”. Only those people who have been designated as supervisors in the database will be able to view this section. If you are a supervisor, the employees you supervise will be listed directly below the instructions for the “Supervisors” section. The names of your employees will not appear until they have completed Section 1 of the survey (Basic Personal and Job-Related Information) where they will choose the name of their supervisor. Once they have chosen their supervisor in Section 1, this will activate the software that will cause them to appear in your list. b. Once an employee has completed the survey (meaning they have clicked the “Section Complete” button next to each of the four sections on the main instruction page of the survey), several buttons will appear next to their name. There will be an “Enter” button that will take you to that employee’s information for you
