How will students know that their transcripts have been received by the Domestic Transient Study office?

0

The Domestic Transient Study office will notify students by email once their transcripts are received from the host institutions. As the fall semester begins, notifications will be also be sent to students when transcripts have not been received from the host institutions. Students are eligible to receive transient study credits until the last day of classes of the fall semester following the transient study summer coursework. Students may also confirm receipt of transient transcripts by contacting the Domestic Transient Study office by email transientstudy@emory.edu. Please be advised that Colleges/Universities do not send official transcripts automatically: there are privacy laws requiring institutions to get student’s permission in writing to release official records. Students should find out when grades are posted at the host institution, and then request that their transcript be mailed to the address listed below.
