These third-party vendors will be compensated on a split-revenue arrangement. Each dollar ($1.00) of gross dealer concession will be allocated ten percent (10%) to Sterne Agee Capitol Markets (SACM). for transactional clearing services, with the remaining ninety percent (90%) of gross dealer concession allocated equally between Sterne, Agee & Leach, Inc. and CUSO Partners, L.L.C.
