How will Statistics Canada deal with a no reply, undeliverable or out of office response to their survey invitation e-mail?
For undeliverable messages, Statistics Canada will communicate with the departmental contact to have them correct the address. For no reply messages, weekly reminders will be sent out. No action will be taken for out of office messages, although those employees will receive weekly reminder messages until they have completed the survey or the survey period ends, which ever comes first.
