How will special food requests be handled?
Attendees with special dietary needs can make them known to the WindyCityRails organizers through the Contact page. When you submit your request, please include either the email address used in your registration or the order number located on your registration confirmation. As you know, the conference fee is not high enough to cover an extensive menu. The organizers might make small changes in special cases.
