How will SFC handle ship turn rates?

This is currently an issue the SFC team is constantly addressing in terms of game balance. They will be remaining true to the relative turn modes in SFB (i.e. A Fed CA will not out turn a Klingon D7 in SFC) This screenshot also shows the scale SFC is using for turn rates but it may change.
