How will service users find the support and services they need?
Help will be available through independent Brokers who will be available to help people work out what their choices are, what support is right for them and where they can buy this from. Brokers can help people write their support plans based on their own personal goals and what they hope to achieve. The broker then helps to put these plans into action.
