How will Security Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) dispatch combined cycle resources?
SCED will only dispatch in accordance with the combined cycle configuration being reported to ERCOT by the Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) and will respect the telemetered High Sustained Limit (HSL), Low Sustained Limit (LSL), High Ancillary Service Limit (HASL), Low Ancillary Service Limit (LASL) and the currently posted ramp rate.
