Each file to be uploaded to the WSLS must be uniquely identifiable by its filename. The district number, school number, date, and sequence number are included in the filename and are used for this purpose. Each time a file is created locally for potential upload to the WSN Locator System, districts or schools should increment the sequence number by one even if the file is not actually uploaded.
