How will roles be matched to an appropriate level in the new structure?
We have selected a series of benchmark roles for evaluation. We have evaluated these and developed Generic Role Profiles and Benchmark Role Profiles to enable matching of all other roles. Once the process has been gone through and agreed by a Job Evaluation Panel and consultation, all employees will be told where their job has been placed in the new structure. If anyone feels their role has not been correctly placed they will be able to use an appeal process.
