At this time, the company will not complete meter exchanges on residential critical care customers. There are few residential accounts scheduled for smart meter deployment in 2009, and specific appointments will be scheduled with these customers. Critical Care premises will have their smart meters deployed by CenterPoint Energy personnel after notification and specific arrangements have been set up with the customer.
