How will rain and snow affect performance?
In general, weather-related effects will be minimal. Rain does pose some attenuation (reduction of signal strength), but because the wavelength of the radio signal is longer than the typical spacing between raindrops, the actual loss of signal is minimal. Snow has negligible effect because only water in the liquid state attenuates the radio signal. On the other hand, some effects may be observed if your FireServe antenna becomes covered or filled with a lot of slushy melting snow.
