How will providers bill for clinic services not covered by private insurance (e.g. Outreach and Engagement, Complex Care Management)?
OMH is aware that a few of the proposed clinic services will only be reimbursed by Medicaid for Medicaid clients. However, OMH is currently developing an uncompensated care pool in conjunction with the Department of Health. These services could potentially be counted towards a clinics uncompensated care volume.
