How will proportional reductions affect beverage manufacturers?
As of November 1, 2009, the California Beverage Container Recycling Fund will be unable to provide funding to offset the processing fee paid into the processing fee accounts by beverage manufacturers. This will result in an increase in the processing fee paid by manufacturers. Please note the following reporting and payment implementation details for processing fees.
