How will property be conveyed to buyers of Pacifico?
All of the residential properties and homesites at Pacifico will be conveyed in fee-simple ownership. Regardless of your nationality, you may want to consider transferring title to your Pacifico property after closing through either a Costa Rican corporation (“Sociedad Anónima” or “S.A.”) or limited liability company (“Limitada”), as this has many current tax advantages when it comes to reselling the property at a later date.
