Our systems staff in conjunction with our Clerk of Court is currently in the process of creating policies and procedures regarding the handling of Proofs and Claim and their attachments. Please check www.kyeb.uscourts.gov in the future for local rules or procedural guidelines on this issue.

Claims may be filed using the File Claims event and attachments may be attached in the same manner they are now for pleadings. On the screen where the claim is uploaded, make sure to click on the radio button that there are attachments to be added and click submit. This will tell the system to display a screen for multiple attachments.

Proofs of Claim along with supporting documentation up to 50 pages in length will be filed together as one .pdf file. If the supporting evidence is greater than 50 pages in length, additional .pdf images up to 50 pages in length can be added as attachments.
