How will project performance be evaluated?
ONC will work with each Awardee to develop a specific evaluation plan and method of measurement after the awards are made. Each Awardee will document, measure, and report its progress towards realizing its mission and goals using an evaluation plan that includes both formative and summative evaluation strategies. Awardee progress toward key milestones will be regularly monitored on an ongoing basis. Awardees will also be expected to participate in a more formal assessment of performance against key milestones and accomplishments expected by the 12th month of the award, pursuant to the applicant’s project plan for activities under this grant. The project plan will be the applicant’s proposed project plan, with any revisions made as a result of discussions with ONC.
