How will police enforce the peer passenger restrictions?
The driver must establish the relationship of an immediate family member, should they have more than two passengers between the restricted hours. The driver and passenger of a vehicle may choose only to answer questions that they are statutorily required to answer, for example, name, address and date of birth. The passenger will need provide evidence of the correctness thereof.
