How will pledges to the Campaign be tracked?
An individual who makes a gift to the campaign fills out a pledge card or letter of intent. Each of these documents contains an area where donors can mark their intentions for payment. Donors may pay annually, semi-annually, quarterly or monthly. A reminder statement will be sent to each donor in accordance with his or her chosen payment plan. This reminder statement will show the amount pledged, amount paid, and balance remaining.
