How will people in Caerleon get to the Celtic Manor?
Residents who have tickets and people staying in Caerleon’s hotels and bed and breakfasts will still need to go to the park and ride sites. This is because all visitors heading to the Celtic Manor must be security checked before they enter the zone. There will be no exceptions to this. There has been some consideration given to a shuttle bus in Caerleon but this has not been confirmed at this time.
