The illustrative timescales given are driven by the SHA. There are legal minimum timescales required by European Law for procurements including 30 calendar days between issue of and submission of the PQQ and 35 calendar days between issue and submission of the ITT. The SHA have increased these timescales where possible to give the provider as much opportunity as they are able to complete the documentation.
