How will payroll be handled for “moonlighting” employees?

Moonlighting will be somewhat the same as it is now. One exception is the new pay code for work performed at the Coliseum. This pay code will be used so that overtime will not be applicable. It is only used for work completed at the Coliseum. If the “moonlighting” employee isn’t working for the Coliseum, the agencies will enter pay code 101 for the extra hours worked. If the “moonlighting” employee isn’t in overtime status, the system will not allow the entry of pay code 101 until the applicable overtime policy has been met. The secondary agency will send to the primary agency the hours worked for them. The primary agency will enter the hours worked on the applicable days and the system will do the rest.
