How will pay be effected with the new plan?

0

There will be no change in pay associated with the implementation of the new compensation plan with the exception of those affected by the market adjustments. Administrative IT staff will be impacted most significantly and there will be limited adjustments for a small number of classified staff as well. This is generally for those who are below pay grade minimum in the new structure or who are below 90% of market with a minimum of three years in their current position. Classified staff will receive across-the-board increases this year and next. Wages for 2003 have not been considered nor determined at this time.
