E-mail List [Send E-mail] – Subscribe to the FCM Transition Period e-mail list that will be used to notify subscribers of important FCM Transition Period events. ISO News – Pertinent news articles will be published to highlight upcoming milestones. Phone Calls – ISO New England’s Market Support Services department will conduct a customer outreach effort. Market Support Services Specialists will be calling people designated in CAMS as a GADS Submitter. These calls will be conducted at different times during the project timeline to ensure customers are aware of near-future project milestones.
