How will parents know if their school is meeting its AMAOs?
Title III Accountability Reports for individual districts can be found at www.cde.ca.gov/sp/el/t3/acct.asp. If a school district receiving Title III funds does not make its AMAOs, the district must notify parents of English learners that their district is not making its AMAOs within 30 days after the district receives notice of this failure. These notices should—where practical—be in a language the parent can understand.
