How will parents be enrolled into CCTA and what happens if parents forget their logins or passwords?
CCTA will create a unique code for each parent whose children are in the care of a provider using CCTA. Using this code and other items of information, parents will be able to self-register and set up their own passwords. If parents forget their passwords, they will be able to reset them by answering a set of questions.
