How will PAPEX Shared Application Services (P-SAS) complement conventional sales methods?
Buyers and suppliers use much of the same data for decision support and transactions. For example, both parties determine inventory, orders and payments using the same shipping manifests. P-SAS follows the same workflow that is currently in place and processes these manifests equally between the buyer and the supplier for calculations of payments and inventory. P-SAS does not replace conventional contract negotiations. Instead, it facilitates transactions and improves efficiency in communication of trade information.
