How will PAAM perform using a dial-up connection to transfer data?
Synching to PAAM using a dial up connection will work pretty well. Luckily the files on the Palm are small enough that the Internet transfer is not usually a big deal. It is unlikely that anything larger than about 500k will be sent to PAAM. One piece of advice if your school is using dial up would be to limit the number of conduits that PAAM supports. For example, maybe just install the FreeWrite and PiCoMaps. If the Date Book is synchronized every time and a student has 100 appointments, there will be a much greater delay.
