Access to “age-restricted content” is allowed only where a customer has successfully completed authentication for Total Access 18+. Total Access 18+ can be requested at a point-of-sale outlet, via Optus WEB or their handset. The customer will be permitted access after correctly verifying their account details and age as being 18 years or older. Optus will allow access to “age-restricted content” on Premium SMS short codes (195XXX and 196XXXXX) and Optus mobile via Google requests from the Optus Zoo browser.
