‘Circulation’, ‘access’ and ‘interconnection’ are critical elements to Downtown Links. Improving access to Downtown, along with new and safer underpasses, RR crossings, sidewalks and bike lanes will offer pedestrians and bicyclists greater freedom. The plan also offers an opportunity to look at parking. Representatives from Old Pueblo Trolley, the Tucson/Pima Bicycle Advisory Committee, and the Citizens Transportation Committee are on the Downtown Links Citizen Advisory Committee.
