How will organizations receive payment for approved Applications/Proposals?
• Community Participation and Leadership Funding and Capital Assistance Funding Successful applicants will receive the funding in the form of a cheque. • Elder Abuse Awareness Funding Successful applicants will receive an initial advance payment once a contribution agreement between their organization and the Government of Canada has been negotiated and signed by both parties. The initial advance, and all subsequent payments, are based on the terms outlined in the agreement, as well as the forecast of cash flows and record of expenditures submitted by the applicant. Payments will be received in the form of a cheque.
