How will orders be processed if they are partial shipped once POM is implemented?
POM will indicate to the supplier that we request a full shipment. If the supplier is not able to meet the order needs, they should communicate to the buyer and the PO can be adjusted down prior to creation of the delivery instructions (DI’s). This way JCPenney will be able to put the available inventory into correct stores.
