How will online voter registration work?
An applicant enters the applicant’s driver’s license or state ID card number, date of birth and name exactly as it appears on that license or ID card to gain access to the online voter registration system. The applicant navigates through a series of web pages to provide the same information gathered via a paper voter registration form. The applicant must agree to the use of the license or state ID card signature as the voter registration signature. And, just as with the paper voter registration form, the applicant must affirm via oath that the information provided is true and accurate.
