How will OMH solicit feedback from providers on the survey process?
OMH plans to begin implementation of a post-survey satisfaction questionnaire with this new survey process. The survey can be completed on-line and submitted anonymously, although some information like the resulting duration of the operating certificate will be requested to assist us in analyzing the survey results.
OMH will continue to welcome feedback on the survey process both during visits and afterwards. A post survey questionnaire was utilized during the pilot phase of development and this is being modified for use following full implementation. In addition the OMH website, http://www.omh.ny.gov/omhweb/clinic_standards/, has a link to a dedicated mailbox so that questions and comments can be forwarded directly to the Bureau of Inspection and Certification.
