How will old data be converted to the new systems?
HRMS and BFS will use the CONVOY DM to convert data. CONVOY DM is based on establishing mapping relationships on a field-by-field basis between the legacy system and PeopleSoft. Because this tool was designed specifically for conversions to PeopleSoft, it provides the appropriate mapping tools and output processes for this product. For BFS, the amount of data to be converted has not yet been determined. For HRMS, more information is available in the HRMS Project Objectives, Scope, and Implementation Plan.
