How will OAO High Speed Railways, OAO RZD, OAO high Speed Railway Lines and ZAO Transmashholding communicate?
-Specialists are constructing technical requirements for the HSR together with OAO RZD and OAO High Speed Railway Lines. Our company is in charge of the landing problems and other items which are interesting for constructor of the project. We have the right for landing according to the decree of President of the RF. We can not transfer that right. Nowadays we are developing a design project and searching for investor. We are sure that financing of the project is to be provided according to the federal project of the development of the transport sector at the RF in 2006- 2010. Unfortunately our company was not able to pretend for state financing due to the dept. Financing will start in 2007. RUR 6 bln will be needed for the design of the project. Private investors will not give us such a sum until we get a state support. We hope that private and state investors will take part in the investment program.
