How will NYFMS interact with new CAS?
NYFMS is expected to ultimately become the single, statewide agency interface to OSC’s new central accounting system, permitting the exchange of data in near real-time. The Future Of the Central Accounting System (FOCAS) and NYFMS project teams are collaborating on their respective requirements definitions and designs, including development of a chart of accounts to meet both levels of need.
