How will North Shore-LIJ validate each employee’s pledge to ensure accurate information is pledged?
All Wellness Pledges are based on the “honor system” in 2011. North Shore-LIJ expects that employees will pledge honestly, and that if they are thinking about not fulfilling the pledge, they should think about not accepting the financial credits. If it is determined that an employee makes false statements, the employee may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
