How will noise, traffic and light be mitigated?
GMS Realty is committed to making the OPH an exciting urban place, as well as maintaining our excellent relationships with our neighbors. During the Option Period, GMS Realty and the Port of San Diego will conduct extensive analysis to identify potential noise, traffic, and light effects due to redevelopment of the Proposed Project and will craft specific mitigation to ensure these issues can be effectively managed within the existing urban context. The Subsequent Environment Impact Report being prepared by the Port of San Diego for the Proposed Project will address each of these issues in detail and, as required by law, allow the public the ability to review and comment.
