How will noise be considered?
A Noise Assessment has been undertaken to assess the likelihood of increased noise to local residents from the proposed development. A baseline noise survey has been carried out to establish the existing noise in the area. The survey was undertaken using continuous noise monitoring over three consecutive days. Road traffic was identified as the dominant noise source around the proposed development. The full Noise Assessment Report will be submitted with the outline planning application.
