How will new software rollout be conducted?
Dryden has established a Configuration Control Board (CCB) to approve software standards and new software. New software must be installed within 1 year of release for customers with the standard service level for software technology refresh, subject to CCB approval. Enhanced service level entitles the customer to new versions within 6 months of release. ODIN will test software in our lab for stability with current systems. The current deployment method requires a deskside visit. Upgrades will be coordinated with customers to prevent application conflicts.
