PIN and passwords will be mailed to new appointees. HR employees (SAP GUI users) will complete training before access to HR functions is granted in KHRIS. ^Top 10. Where are the KHRIS servers located, how many are there and what back-ups are available? The KHRIS production servers are hosted by IBM’s Applications on Demand Services in Virginia. There are 5 production servers. Backups available include automated operating system backups, incremental file level backups, database backups, and database archive log backups.
